It certainly helps and allows us to determine what your main aims are in achieving your goals. After further discussions and discussing materials we should have a clear objective and move forward from there. Every project is different and various setting out techniques allows us to prepare thoroughly for the project ahead. Upon commencement of your project we will identify any potential hazards and locate all utilities before excavation Depending on the size of the project area we well decide on the type of plant to best suited for the job. This may require moving many tonnes of excess materials to gain enough depth for the desired durability and correct foundation process. Drainage, correct depth for durability, compaction of type1 sub base, which may require a geo-textile membrane below the sub-base (almost always required) are all a vital part of the preparation of the ground-works that allows us to issue our guarantees with confidence. This shows the permeable membrane below the type1 stone sub-base. Only the best materials are used in this part of the project process. It is through planning ahead, regular discussions and transparency from the out-set with the client that allows the project to run smoothly and achieve the desired outcome.
